This experience instilled in him a profound commitment to understanding and addressing the needs of diverse communities. His international experience in the Middle East and Europe, coupled with his education in international relations and affairs in South Africa and The United Kingdom, provides a global perspective and valuable insights into international business practices.

David's ability to overcome challenges and navigate complex environments, along with his holistic perspective of Africa and dedication to driving its positive change, makes him the ideal leader to steer The Ndege Group towards its ambitious vision for Africa's future. Currently, David is in the process of vetting and appointing a President for The Ndege Group and three CEOs to head each of its brands. Together with a head-hunted leadership team, the board of trustees will work together to drive The Trust's initiatives forward, creating a lasting positive impact on Africa.
